I’m posting on behalf of my 18 year old sister who was denied a purchase Monday 11th July because she “looked” to young which she showed her up to date nz drivers license then was asked for her age which is okay but then was asked to provide an eftpos card with her name on it because apparently her license wasn’t good enough! What a shame, so be careful when shopping there!! Also they have accepted a photo of identification on a mobile before but did not accept a physical card. So professional.

I orginally come from Whangarei and airpops are my go to. I wasn’t familiar with vape stores around hamilton that sold these, however after finding 313 I havent been anywhere else since. The staff are kind, welcoming and are always providing help when necessary. It is also nice to see that the store is always tidy and displayed in a way that is inviting :)
