First time trying out hai phong. We ordered 2 noodle soups + spring rolls. Unfortunately, the wait time was so long & I noticed other people who came after us got their order first. Also, I ordered number 10 which was “grilled pork noodle soup”. When my order finally got delivered after more than 30 mins, I was served deep fried pork. I asked the server to check as this wasn’t grilled pork to which she replied “oh it says it’s grilled but we serve like this from the kitchen”. Would not come back sorry.

Me and husband come here for the first time to grab some soup and it was delicious..I order seafood noodle soup and my husband order braise beef noodle soup. Both are so yummy,, also the portion was really big,,We are so surprised, because the price was cheap for such a big portion..We will be back here again for sure..

Love this place, best pho in Auckland.Food comes out quick, service is good and place is always busy. Prices have gone up but happy to pay when food is always good.

Tried this place for the first time tonight and wow. We will definitely be back to try more on this diverse menu. We ordered mostly chinese dishes and the flavour was very authentic. The portion sizes were great and prices very reasonable. Will be keen to try some of the Vietnamese menu food.

Delicious affordable and authentic. Menu had plenty of options. On arrival I was served tea. Service was quick and very relaxed. I had the phò and Vietnamese fried springrolls. Portions were generous. Great place for a casual lunch or dinner.

more of an Asian fusion than a Vietnamese nonetheless generous portions fast service delicious meal good value for money definitely recommended
