Espresso Car Wash - The Palms, Shirley

Dillon and the team were awesome! I needed to 'deoderize' my new-to-me car. I got the vents cleaned and the carpets and apholstery shampooed. My Captiva now has the 'new car smell' and none of the 'other'. Thank you so much Team!

Paid for a Supreme Groom - Noone even asked to look at my car so the could recommend a service , just made me choose from a list. Car was completed after closing time and I wasn't made aware until I called to check what was happening. Although they ask in the txt (that I was only sent after I called to see what was going on) they do ask you to check the car before leaving but as the store was already closed I did not get the opportunity to ask them to fix any of the issues. My partner and I have had to revacvuum the car before we can even post the pictures to sell it and this is after paying for one of their more expensive services. I would have paid extra to get it done properly if that was required but as Noone even looked at the car before charging me for the service I didn't get this opportunity either. You can see in photos this was not done well.

I'm a first-time user and the experience was easy as. In the classic wash, they really get into the nooks and crannies and have even taken the liberty to clean my reversing camera. I just wish I could've told them to leave the Bluetooth mic alone in my dashboard but overall, I'd avail of Espresso again.

Overall underwhelming result, some of the interior missed, including a spot on the front passenger seat. Interior was left with a thin film of some sort thats best seen on the rear view mirror, bit isn't a problem in most other places. Headlights were also completely missed from what I can tell. For a detailing service, they've missed a few of the details...I would've been happy enough if I paid for any of the cheaper services, but considering I paid for the most expensive $200 service AND paid $70 extra for seat shampooing, im rather disappointed and will probably go elsewhere next time.All photos are post service.

Good overall clean of very dirty car! I'm a perfectionist and there were a couple of small things that could have been done better but the guys are fast and you don't have to book.

I popped in while out shopping. The guys were awesome. Straight onto sorting my car cleaning. No hassle. Prompt service. Great result. Fair price. Will be back. Cheers

Got the prestige wash and they did an absolutely great job. Almost couldn't believe it was my car lol Would definitely recommend and will return in the future.

I have used Espresso Car Wash @ the Palms for years. So yes, I am a repeat offender ;-) I highly recommend these guys and will continue to use them when ever I need my car groomed, cleaned and detailed. Highly professional, efficient and you can get all of this done while you go to the movies, do your groceries, or have a wine at the Fox n Ferrit. What more could you want?
