Useless customer service on the phone. Waiting for 10+ minutes for someone to answer my call and then get disconnected. Then I call back and get a message saying everyone's in a team meeting for the next 15 minutes and to try again later and instantly get disconnected again. Can't even leave a message?? Useless.

would give 0 stars if i could.been with vero for 12 years, paying fortnightly for house/car/contents insurance.go to make a claim on broken contents and get declined yet have two damage reports saying what the problem is.they do not treat their loyal customers with much respect.will be going elsewhere.VERO = TERRIBLE! WORST INSURANCE COMPANY !
