my builder had this lot to do work on our house they could not plumb there way out of a paper bag never turn up when they say have plumbed my shower the wrong way have been waiting ages to get finally finished

Very disappointing. Called first thing in the morning. Was given a time slot for 11am. In spite of multiple calls no service at the end of the day for a blocked sewer. Was then quoted a higher after hours service fee.The good news- they came the following day (Saturday) and unblocked the drain. Good service in the end. I feel four stars is reasonable.
