Outstanding venue and Hosts! Sarah is an absolute GEM and is so easy to work with. She knows the business, knows what her brides and grooms want and is willing to answer all your questions.The location is fantastic, the many ceremony options means that weather is no longer a worry. The place looks fantastic in any weather.Highly recommend to any future couples.

Beautiful place for a wedding with several locations in their extensive exterior available for a ceremony. Receptions are usually held in their tea house. A great place for a wedding, plenty of photo ops!

Pemberton is a fantastic venue with amazing gardens. We were lucky enough to have great weather so had our ceremony outside. Staff onsite were great and Sarah was very helpful through out with planning and moving with covid delays.For food we chose moveable feast from the options Pemberton offered. We had canapes, grazing platters and seated meal. All food was delicious and our guest were very happy.

Okay venue, they rest on their loreal a bit, with a few things that let it down.Venue definitely could step up some aspects, to be a good as other venues:- Carpark by building- Angled entrance for quince tree ceremony, could have nice rock/path put down. Rather than moss/mud.- Painting/straining outside of building

In my capacity as a celebrant @victoriathomas.celebrant, I love officiating ceremonies at Pemberton Gardens! The manicured gardens are the perfect setting for your special day. Last December, I officiated two ceremonies over two consecutive weekends - at the first, the staff provided blankets and hot water bottles, and at the second, sun umbrellas! They are so well equipped to cater to your every need, no matter the weather or situation.

Me and my wife we married at Pemberton in February and sad to write a review like this however we are sharing a real experience and have had similar stories shared with us for other peoples weddings.Firstly, Inconsistent pricing with the bar menu, sadly our guests were charged more than what was quoted on the original drinks menu. Guests were disappointed in the service and the bar situation on the night. Following this we were told on the day that the bride and groom “ opted out “ of having spirits when this is NOT at all what was communicated prior to the day. Very sad to see this was the case ON the day of the wedding as it left only a few drink options available on the day.Bar staff refused a table of elderly guests tea and coffee despite it being requested and later that night another guest was provided a cup of tea. It was very clear that the staff were not experienced and lacked knowledge of the bar menu.We enquired about options regarding the champagne a few weeks before the wedding day, this was not communicated beforehand and found out pricing on our final bill 2 days before the wedding day.Bridal table did not have drinks poured on arrival to the reception, wine glasses were empty and bridal party were roasting with glasses of water, which comes back to the inexperienced bar staff.We were originally told on the day of booking the venue that we would be invited back before the wedding date for a menu tasting and this did not happen. Furthermore we actually had to reach out to the venue 6 weeks before the wedding and organise the food as they had not communicated with us at all prior to this.We were also told ON the day of the wedding that we were not allowed to use fresh rose petals to throw down the aisle at the end of the ceremony despite the outdoor venue being in a garden, where there were already rose petals on the ground on the day of the wedding.From our point of view it felt very much like they were generally diss interested in our day unless we were spending the big bucks. The reality is not everyone can splurge past a budget they have set.
