Extremely helpful and friendly staff, the ladies here are very knowledgable and went above and beyond teaching me how to start my wee kitten eating raw. He is so full of energy and loves the food. Highly recommend this store. Fantastic Service, advice and products.

I can't rate Raw Essentials enough, fantastic range of products for your raw food eating pet, or just treats for all four legged friends. Super friendly and helpful staff will guide you through what the diet needs to look like for you pet. If you're considering going with a raw food diet I highly recommend don't and having a chat.

Our rescue boy is a parvo survivor, has leaky gut syndrome along with grass allergies and associated yeast problems. His feet and lower legs were always pink and often raw where he had been licking and chewing. He was also quite smelly (both coat and breath). Out of desperation I decided to give raw a go. Being a parvo survivor his gut is extremely sensitive so the changeover has been very slow i.e. snail's pace. He has been on raw for around six weeks now and, the transformation is starting to happen. Big shout out to Angela and Caro who have been amazingly patient in providing great advice and guidance, long chats, regular emails and phone calls...... Thank you ladies !!

Helpful staff with recommendations a to what to buy. A large range of raw cat food that has to be better than feeding supermarket food with preservatives. You may need to try a few options to find something the cat likes, but worth persevering.

Awesome knowledgeable staff. So friendly and excellent service. We've had our Lab on Raw diet for the past month and the changes are noticeable already.

Fabulous place for raw feeding pet owners. EXPERT advice freely available and generously given, bring your dog, they’ll love it! They work hard to really get to know you and your pet, so you get the right advice and food. Lots of choices, easy access and clear, spacious, uncluttered store. One of my favourite places to go!
