Hmm where do I start... we took my son's Sywatcher FQM35 Goto Combo Mount with Steel Tripod, into AstroNZ on 11th May to get fixed, its now 18th July, we have had very limited updates, and did receive a phone call 2 weeks ago stating that they no longer have them in stock, but have found one and was getting airfreighted to nz then onto us, ive sent emails asking for updates, but they have been exactly forthcoming. We have 2 weeks before we head to the south island for 2.5 weeks holiday and in that time some Astrophotography.. we kinda need this ASAP... i dont know if anyone else has had this problem.. normally when we buy off AstroNz we get our products within a week. And have no hassles.. but this is like the most important piece that my son needs.. communication is the key to any successful business..

My husband brought a telescope off Andrew yesterday. Andrew was outstanding. Within 30Minutes of asking if he had one in stock we were picking it up. Great guy so friendly

Always a quick response to my queries and if the product was not in stock got a same day reply as to when it would be available. Ordered the wrong product last purchase and it was replaced with the correct item within 7 days. Service second to none. Staff have immense knowledge of the products and have put me on the right path many times.

I don't normally write reviews but Andrew was the best to deal with, never had customer service quiet like it. Bought a telescope today and he taught me everything I needed to know before I left, you could tell he was passionate and wanting to share his knowledge with everyone. Didn't force me into buying a big one and making more money his main concern was the usability on your behalf even recommended a smaller one if we couldn't find a space for a larger one. He was honest and pleasant to deal with, we will return for more purchases in the future and to learn more from him. Highly recommended, I have done my research and checked out other shops Andrew really knows his stuff and isn't looking to sell you the most expensive items but instead he wants you to be interested in astronomy and enjoy it with the equipment that best suits you.
