Just a suggestion, in between customers trying on shoes, maybe spray some air freshener in your shoes, I lifted a pair of sneekers off the shelf, the smell nearly knocked me out onto the street, if I ever decide to buy shoes from you again, I'll doing so have a clothes peg on my nose.

The staff are great, experienced communicators. Nothing seems to be a problem. I shop for people unable to visit the store and I have never left disappointed. As a shoe lover, I find their range and prices are excellent. I can recommend shopping at Whitwells to all ages.
