Nice staff, only problem I have is the security lady, someone needs too tell her to be a lot more descreet, I’m tired of going in there and been made to feel I’m a potential thief, when I am a paying customer and it’s bordering on discrimination on her part.Your better off having plain clothes security walking round.I’ll be spending my money somewhere else now.

After being racially profiled, falsely accused of STEALING UNDERWEAR!! Publicly humiliated and threatened with the police I believe I will no longer have any business purchasing items from here. 2 check out ladies found it humorous. I am a respectable person. Aswell as a service manager. I will be taking this further for traumatic distress as we suffer enough. This is the second time and I will not let this slide. When we requested to view the footage she then became non cooperative and caused a scene. I'll be contacting head office and if nothing is resolved I will take it further. This is not on.

You have a customer service member that is inappropriate with her language towards customers.She might think that saying to Women Hello Beautiful" and males "Hello Handsome" is good service

Never coming here again. I wanted to buy two socks that were labelled any 2 for $18 for thermal and home socks. When I scanned them they charged me $10 for each pair of socks I wanted. I asked an employee about it and she said the deal was only for thermals and that they were in the wrong place but the sign said thermals and home socks. I also showed her at the bottom there were several socks that looked like the ones I wanted. She was very rude towards me and was yelling at me as soon as I asked for help. She claimed she was the manager even tho she had no evidence like a badge stating she was a manager. She then stood behind me and made me feel extremely uncomfortable as I scanned the rest of my items and she caused a scene, I asked her several times to move and leave me alone as she did not need to stand there watching me, I could hear her gossiping about me to other co-workers and then I scanned bras and underwear that were also priced wrong. I asked if she could remove the items because they had priced those wrong too. Because of that I then had security come and ask me to leave and then claimed I was the one who was screaming and none else. That's not true because a customer actually asked me if I was okay and I said no not really I just wanted socks and bras and undies and all I've gotten is nothing but disrespect. I will not be returning to this warehouse ever again I am disgusted.
