The Athlete's Foot Riccarton

Such disappointing service from a place I have shopped from before. Have spent nearly $600 there in less than 2 months only to come out with an injured knee, a pair of shoes I cannot use and a pair of shoes that I didn't want. I will not be shopping there again and I will not be recommending.

I was served today by a fellow named Caine (hopefully the correct spelling) he was absolutely stellar and seriously looked after my mum! Cheers Caine, I’ll make sure to come back if I need sneakers!

Got some new working out shoes had no idea what to get. Danielle gave me a fitting analysis and explained everything exceptionally about my previous habits why my injuries occur in my calves and the best shoes for me. The shoes were fantastic too didn’t try and make me get the most expensive pair just what was great for me a nice pair of new balances. Provided everything I was expecting and more could not recommend this place more. I don’t know what Danielle is getting paid but it’s not enough thank you so much.

Bought a new pair of running shoes today. Spoke with Justin who was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking the right shoe. Would definitely recommend and come here again for my next pair.

Bought shoes from here several times for myself and the kids. Every single time the staff have been excellent and they have the best technology to scan your feet and walking gait - and then demonstrate which shoes are right for you. For serious running or school shoes I would not go anywhere else.

Quintus was extremely knowledgeable, patient when the store become busy very quickly and very willing to help. Really going the extra mile with his customer service. Would recommend athlete's foot in Riccarton mall 100%. Thanks Quintus!

Knew what we wanted. Very quick service and able to locate the product. Friendly assistant.Couldn't have been easier.

Placed an order online and received a pair of running shoes that had signs of wear on the soles as well as heel padding and smelt like someone else's sweaty feet. I contacted support and got a reply 6 days later suggesting I go into a store so a staff member could inspect the shoes before advising of a suitable solution". Unfortunately it was not possible for me to go into a store and frustrating that it would be necessary after purchasing what were supposed to be new shoes. I would hesitant before buying from this store again."

We were recently buying shoes for our three-year-old son. From the outset, the staff member who served us Quintus B was very attentive, patient and thorough, and he took the time to relate to our son, which made the process better still.Even when the shoes had to be returned due to a manufacturer's default (nothing to do with Athlete's Foot), the replacement process was seamless with clear communication throughout.When I asked the best way to leave positive feedback, Quintus seemed taken aback in an unnecessary but endearing display of humility.Up there with one of the best customer service experiences in memory and deserving of recognition.Thanks again, team!
