Outstanding facilities and service. We’ve done washing in many laundromats, especially in Europe, and this is one of the best. Service from the attendant, Daphne, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Of most important was the cleanliness of this laundromat; it was even clean behind the machines. Daphne was cleaning between managing her washing and drying duties and her warm and polite greeting and assistance of customers who obviously respond well to her professionalism.

The ONLY laundromat in Taupo that actually works. Don’t go anywhere else, you will end up frustrated and angry at the lack of service and broken machines at the others. Daphne is wonderful!

Don’t waste your money here. Extremely extremely unreliable. It is a complete waste of time trying to get help from the manager (daphne) of this Laundromat. If the machine doesn’t work and you want a refund, she doesn’t have the decency to give you that refund.Yes it’s $10 but money doesn’t come easy for me so for her to waste my time (saying she will call me but never did, claiming she is driving and that she will be 30-40 minutes until she calls me but it’s been almost 3 hours). She doesn’t care for her customers. It’s so disrespectful and a waste of time.

Very useful. You don't need loose change. You can pay for tokens by card on a card machine, or buy from the Dairy next door!

Very friendly staffYou need to buy golden tockens for bith dishwashing and drying. 2.5 for one and you need 2. So its like 10 bucks total. Not the cheapest but does the job. Decided for this one after reading reviews with other laundry services nearby.

Service was terrible, issues with water supply, wouldn’t answer calls would only send texts claiming they were 30mins away for 2hours or that someone was coming. Never happened. Absolutely rubbish service.

The guy working there was really helpful. All the dryers were busy but he told us to leave our drying and he would put it in for us. Went back later and picked it up. Great service at no extra cost.
