Awful service. I made an appointment 2 days in advanced. I left my car at 12pm, they told me that it was going to be fixed in a few hours and that they would give me a call to let me know when to pick it.After four hours I didn’t get any notice from them. So I went to the place just for them to tell me that they couldn’t get into the car because my stuffs and that they were too busy. Honestly if you are busy don’t get more appointments and if you can’t solve it at least give a call, don’t make me wait four hours for nothing. The only excuse from “Gary” the man who I spoke to was that they were too busy, and that he wasn’t there when I left the car, not even a sorry for wasting my time like that. If you are a backpacker don’t waste your time in this place!

Terry and his team are excellent and the Twizel go-to for any vehicle repair and maintenance. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and great communicators. I took my vehicle here for regular servicing, WOF and general jobs. Highly recommend Terry if you need any work done on your vehicle, particularly if you need a Warrant of Fitness. Thanks for all your hard work to Terry and the team. You are a gem in Twizel!
