I took my 90 year old mother-in-law to the Albany Ear Clinic this morning. She’s been living in Aussie for 10 years & has just come home to NZ. Her hearing aids didn’t appear to be working so we’d booked at Triton for new ones, however they advised to have wax removed first. The staff at the Ear clinic were so nice, & the results were instant! Mum-in-law was amazed that for the 1st time in more than 10years she could hear without hearing aids!!!! Brilliant!!! What an instant improvement to her wellbeing and quality of life. Thank You

This was my first ear cleaning experience so I was quite nervous as to how the process would go. All those nerves quickly went away as I was greeted by the loveliest team. The nurse I had was so thorough and talked me through everything I needed to know. The process was quick, easy and painless. Will definitely be back & 100% recommend!
