I signed up with this agency for my career coaching & advise on my immigration matter. Since day 1 I signed up with them, I had to follow up 2-3 times before getting depth explanation from their end. The same excuse being given to me - “Sorry I was on long leave” without prompting their client. I paid almost $5,000 for both of their service and it seems like I had to frequently follow up with them. I felt cheated.Their tips were helpful, I appreciate it. But the follow ups were giving me disappointment. Some vacancy closes in a very short period and I require some clarification from their end as an outsider since they are having depth knowledge with NZ culture. However I only received their feedback after the vacancy/job posting was closed. How does it makes sense?I kept all the emails trail communication I have with them for evidence purposes. Again, don’t sign up with this agency. You will find heaps of agency which are more responsive than this one.

Working with NZIC was one of the best decisions we made as migrants trying to get our visa situation sorted. Coming from the US, we wanted to have professionals on our side to deal with the endless complexities of understanding how our NZ job offer works, work visa questions, and how to get a residence visa.We looked around and had some informationals with other immigration firms but settled on NZIC after their warm and welcoming attitude. They seemed genuine in their desire to care about our individual circumstance as opposed to some others we had seen that felt more concerned with being done with the meeting.Once we signed up with NZIC, they gave us personalized calls with immigration advisors to set up our strategy that we would execute on, so that all parties were on the same page. I personally find this invaluable rather than information as we go along.Our assigned advisor was Leah S. and she handled every step of the way for our residence visa with such skill and professionalism (even in spite of some of my flustered moments during challenging times :) ) that I wanted to call her out specifically as being an amazing ally and shepherd for our applications. Thank you Leah!Overall, I'm so glad we didn't attempt to apply for our visas ourselves but instead went with NZIC to handle all the incredible complexities and nitty gritty details of immigration so I could focus on the important task of making sure my job went well and the logistics of moving my family and pets.

NZIC team represents a high level of customer service we have experienced. Response to questions were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and were necessary, detailed enough for us to make informed decisions. Penny is awesome with great customer service and an ambassador for the company. Even provided service on a Saturday. She clarified any uncertainties when it arise. If there was a problem with paperwork she would help us and fixed the issue.
