Hi you fabulous people at Shiseido, I have been using moisture mist pancake makeup since it fist became available in NZ many many years ago.I’m 67 now and I gets so many compliments on my skin and I truly believe that because the moisture mist is applied with a wet sponge it has kept my face moist , so no drying out and no many wrinkles.The girls are all raving about foundation applied with all the great sponges and brushes and the clue is wet sponge.So thank thank you Shiseido for being the first and still making it as many others would disconnect there lines you didn’t.So cheers and Harrah forShiseidoCheers Marie

I have been using Shiseido Product for many years. Initially the Perfect Refining Foundation, now the past 3 years Synchro Skin Lasting Liquid Foundation. This year the last 2 bottles have dissapointed, not the quality of the product, more the dramatic decrease of product inside the bottle. (Packaging has not changed). When I contacted Shiseido NZ via there website I received no reply. I followed up with a phone call and a swap of product was organised through Life Pharmacy. Again when I opened the new bottle of Synchro Lasting Foundation I tested how much product was in the bottle by inserting a skewer to measure level of product. Surprisingly just over half the bottle contains liquid product.

Pls make your make up remover in a travel smaller ml set !! It causes travellers super inconvenient to travel around.with the current bottle we can’t travel around with hand carry (by law??)! $50 over 100 ml ? And it’s such waste money and time to buy another new one (which also can’t bring on flight ) thank you !

The new version of the Benifience Treatment softener Enrichener is still fabulous but the dispenser is terrible. I’ve had to transfer it to a spray bottle because way too much comes out with each pump. I don’t want to waste this expensive product. Go back to your designers, Shiseido!
