Imagine going into store and having an employee take down personal details just to have them save it/ and contact a customer on personal level. The fact that the employee was trusted with personal details yet took it upon themselves to use it on a personal basis is absolutely unacceptable! A formal complaint will be made. And I highly do not recommend dealing with Melissa!

I picked up a heated Milwaukee jacket from Tradie Republic today. The young guy who helped me out was extremely helpful, he knew lots about the different jackets/jumpers Milwaukee offers and was able to recommend the best option for me. They had an M12 battery available so I could actually test the jackets out and we're more than happy to open up a few boxes so I could try on the correct size.After I had left the shop they rang me up (I have an account so they have my phone number) and let me know I was actually entitled to a free M12 battery and to swing by whenever and pick it up.I was extremely happy with the service the staff provided me and I will definitely return. They also have a huge range of tools and equipment so I would absolutely recommend to all.

Specially Tom, he helped me and took time to explain, despite the fact he could not sell me nothing, pointed me in the right direction and solved my problem we could not solve at my work for a month.I recommend them for a good quality advise, and not to mention the prices of their stuff are really good!

Great staff, knowledge and pricing. Well worth stopping at a place like this, rather than the mega style stores where teenage pimply Kevin/Karen, or grumpy semi retired grandad, wouldn't know a power saw from a power line. Highly recommend.

Was a loyal and regular customer for many years when it was Handy Warehouse, that crazy Chinese guy was always so helpful and running around trying to help everyone, was so busy, always a line up to pay, no more though, very rarely see more then two customers inside, seems to have changed owners and name, now prices so much more then competitors, very upsetting, they were on a really good thing. Impossible to remain loyal when they get greedy like most other “kiwi” companies. Heading to JA Fastners.
