Precious Nails

I had walked past this place many times and thought I would try it.Excellent pedicure, very thorough and kind service.I noted their attention to hygiene such as changing gloves between clients. I will return.

Would not recommend Precious Nails. Requested gel nails with art. Lady who had never done nail art before did it. She sighed and huffed and puffed the whole time, speaking to her colleagues in a different language, making me feel very awkward. She smudged some of the art and just left it to set. And completely gave up on my thumbs. At the end she admitted that she “never wants to do nail art again”. Despite me insisting at the start that a simple manicure would suffice. I felt like a total inconvenience. Please don’t advertise nail art if this is actually not possible. $80 wasted

Painful and rough manicure. Nail filing made me bleed . Very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.

I was wanting to get my nails done after work, it says on their window and on their website that they are open until 7pm on Thursdays, I got here at 5:30pm and it is not open. Not happy at all.

It's a new nail saloon in westgate. Great service. I asked for a ombre manicure with dipping powder. They have done a fantastic job. I did gel pedicure as well. That's also pretty. They have got variety of colors and price is very reasonable. Very nice staff. Defenitly going there again.

They look nice but don’t last long at all!! Not really taken with care.. quite rushed. My nails lasted maybe less than 2 weeks before two broke. I had my nails done elsewhere and have lasted me over a month

Very nice place but the girl I had was so rude. She rush doing my nails and not only didn't do it properly it came off after 2 days. Wouldn't go back. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I came in today in a full arm cast not thinking about the fact that it would make getting my nails done harder but Hanna did an amazing job and was really hospitable, efficient and accomidating. thank you so much 10/10 would recommend!

Horrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ACRYLIC REMOVAL. Asked them to remove my acrylic extensions that had been applied with builder gel. She got an acrylic nail and jammed it between my nail and the fake one and peeled it off. Which resulted in her peeling off most of my nail.As she attempted the second nail, she slipped and stabbed my finger.When I asked her if there was another way to take them off she was very annoyed and said there wasn’t. After I insisted she then finally used the chemical removal option but it was clear that she was prioritising doing things as fast as possible. Horrible service and attitude from that lady. Another staff member did apologise for ruining my nails but then offered me $5 off my next appointment which is useless as I won’t be back. Do not recommend wasting your money there.

Nice salon and staff, but no care taken with service. The lady was trying to attend to 3 customers at the same time - She was nice and careful with gel polish removal, but then rushed through the manicure. Nails cut to different lengths and not filed well (some sharp edges), then normal polish colour was hastily done, didn't cover full nail on some of them. All chipped by the following day. Place has potential.
