Good food & great service, but for the love of god can you turn the heaters on. We were going to eat in, but it's so cold in the dine in area, that we packed up our lunch and went back out to the car to eat.

Came in and got a 15pack. Family bucket, have to say was the worst chicken we have ever bought. The chicken was over cooked, only had 2 drumsticks, when I bit into it, it was like crackle and there was no chicken inside as it was to overcooked. It's a really expensive meal I'm so disappointed with the KFC in Blenheim. It was not finger licking good.

The only KFC outlet in Blenheim. Quite usual with their regular menu.However, the staff are very much local and quite friendly unlike other outlets in the country especially Auckland.The place is clean and well maintained.Yes, customers from outside Blenheim may find this outlet is slow to serve. Hey, the entire country is short staffed especially after the pandemic and there’s high attrition everywhere. Let’s be empathetic to those new staff on training.

I was so very happy today, after a year of failed experiences, of dry, rubbery and inedible chicken. Got beautiful succulent chicken. Hope I am never disappointed again.

Ordered and paid for zinger stacker combo, coleslaw, potato and gravy plus 3 piece of chicken. I can honestly say this is the first time it was disappointing. Order was wrong. Wasn't until we got home and went to eat the burger and chicken pieces we discovered the error. Got plain chicken burger, 1 piece of chicken. Not impressed.

Very greatful to staff at this store . Stacey who answered the phone was very polite even though very busy to help me and also store manager Tracey . I ordered online here in Melbourne KFC for my dad in Blenheim. Entered wrong address number , delivery never got to him . Rang KFC got manager Tracey on phone she said don't you worry we all make mistakes I'll re send it now . Wasn't a cheap order . Your both stars Stacey & Tracey .....Thank you
