Helpful person i went in for a quote and price for embroidery first set up cost $25 which will be the template then you can go and have that template design on anything else. Prices differ for caps and tshirts .. cheaper if you bring in your own.

DO NOT USE HAT TRICK LYNNMALL!! Incompetent. Dishonest. Complete waste of time & money. Had 10 prints done on face masks & only ONE turned out fair & reasonable after they admitted doing the actual work on it - neglecting the same attention to the rest.Images were all same format, yet no communication made with issues on making them all with a consistent satisfactory look & finish. Such a pathetic job it looked like cheap stickers were stuck on them, and the cut around a simple half circle shape was rough & untidy you'd think a toddler did it!Went back to allow them a chance to rectify their work & there was no attempt of a solution - just a straight nothing can be done" & MAYBE a $20 refund? Unfortunately, I had the worst customer service experience. I took in a hoodie to have letters embroidered and when I picked it up the next day I found that it was printed. I approached the store keeper and he said that I had asked for Print. My partner was with me when I asked for Embroidery so I said to him, that was simply not true.I even asked for him to look at the CCTV footage which would show that I only looked at the embroidery folder and not the print folder. His response the cameras are fake". I asked twice if the printing could be removed and replaced with embroidery and he said "no" twice. After going back and forth he agreed to refund the $15.00 for his mistake. After this transaction I realised the printing was miss-spelt.With a misspelt

These guys have been in business for sometime now and know what they are doing. Still the cheapest I could find for embroidery. Just be sure to double check everything before confirming. Easy staff to deal with. Highly recommend.

Requested 5 tees to be screen-printed + small embroidery on the back of the tee. Provided all designs for font and print as well as paying a premium for expedited service during a busy period". Gave explicit instructions on size of print with reference points on tee attached. However

This was not the best experience I have had. There were many obstacles along the way, from waiting on suppliers for t-shirt, to printer breaking down. Along the way, I only received 1 phone call, the rest of the time I had to follow up or turn up at the shop. The issue here is that they promise a certain date and then have a reason it cannot be done. Even today when I was told my item would be definitely ready, I turned up and it still wasn't done. Can I wait 30 minutes? I do not think I will return here. It wasn't fully their fault but my advise is under promise over deliver. Don't say next day unless you can deliver it. They were kind and gave me a free print, but after 5 times of being disappointed it was little comfort.
