Nice clean shop , staff are helpful and nice there are items here for people on a budget. And some expensive items , all their profit goes to helping Animals in needGreat job SPCA Glen Innes.

Very disappointed. I Shop here regularly and recently bought something and forgot to collect, I didnt have a car at the time and was without one for sometime, I did leave my ph number with the lady too however when I rememberd & i rang 2 weeks later they had SOLD it. Its not the $$$ thats upset me its the principle and to onsell something that doesnt belong to you is not legal. Disappointing and probably wont shop here again

Very friendly service. Mostly clothes, shoes and kitchenware in the shop, a few bits of furniture

My sister took my elderly father shopping here today, he was feeling faint as he is a palliative care patient and needed to rest. When he sat on a chair in the store, the assistant (also elderly) with thinning long dark hair told him rather insensitivity that he was not aloud to sit there as the chair was for sale. She sarcastically told him if he needed to rest then he could go across the road and sit on the wooden seats outside The Salvation Army shop, which were wet!This shop assistant lacks compassion and needs to be trained better with her customer service.My sister had arms full of shopping but left the store to take my very upset father home to convalesceUpdate. Thank you for your prompt reply. I will share this with my sister and my father.

Great place for those bargains, good variety of clothing, books, shoes, furniture etc Good specials going at the moment. You never know what you will find. Maybe that special something that you have been looking for. Staff and volunteers are friendly and helpful.

SPCA Op Shop provides excellent 2nd hand goods for reasonably low prices. You are sure to walk out with something special everytime. Quality furniture, beautiful bric-a-brac, quality clothing with exceptional service. Very clean store that is well maintained.

Nice team. Nice open set out & the shop is kept clean & tidy. Although their prices have been increasing on their selection & is slowly becoming a bit too steep for an opportunity shop like a few of the other op-shops in Glen Innes.

We went looking for cooking stuff for camping. Limited on the cooking gear and kitchen ware but clothes in abundance. Not really the one for backpackers.
