Absolutely awful experience. Bought a work bench which was in stock, paid to have it shipped from Christchurch to Auckland and was supposed to have it a week later. The first one was delayed and then they realized it was lost, so a second one was sent. This one turned up with the box falling apart and the work bench damaged. I returned it to be told there was one more but their forklift was broken so it would be sent in a few days. After finally receiving the work bench, 6 weeks after ordering - screws are missing so I still couldn’t put it together - mind-blowing that they didn't check this before it was sent.I fully understand things sometimes happen out of a companies control but to have this many problems and delays and not offer of any type of compensation is pretty unbelievable.

Hi the item was dispatched quickly and I think it will work for my up and come project moving flooring panels.

Don't waste your time. Website shows products are in stock and are not. Product on display but refused to sell the display model. Told 5 weeks to ship from Christchurch.

Submitted an after hours query re purchase of a product not available at local branch. By 9.30am the following morning after 3 emails, the transaction was completed. Super efficient service and based on my research, I believe I have purchased a well priced quality product. Great service thank you Topmaq

great service BUT PBT are slack .need to find better courier company.

Unpacked little bit of assembly filled up oil put petrol in push the start button and started up pretty well straight away run for about 20 minutes then stopped it and Hook up to two bedrooms unit and restart it ran everything I turned on I recommend to others

Very pleased with the equipment, have not yet had time to use all the parts, as I really bought the set for the brushcutter, works well

Have had my Nordic polisher for 3 years now and it goes great. Had to replace my charger for it as they don't seem to withstand the pressure of a 23 ton digger running them over but customer service was awesome and very quick to help with courier issue. Thanks for all your help Brett.Garry Tauroa

Fast shipping & good quality product, Pallet strapping could be improved for freighted items though. it was ready to come apart when the truck arrived.

Good customer service and product. But they should accept more payment options, no paywave and cash option, I did a bank transaction and just wait an hour in store just for the bank to be clear the payment.
