Oxygen Property Management

I have been with Oxygen Property for over 8 years . They are an excellent company to deal with and the Property Managers are professional and know their business well . Highly recommend them if you want your properties managed by a great team .

Karen at the Upper Hutt Oxygen office is amazing to deal with. Always gets onto any issues we have straight away. Is always friendly and helpful to deal with. Highly recommend her as a property manager.

I don’t even want to provide 1 star as that’s being too generous. There is no point in using Oxygen as your property managers. They add no value for the money they collect. The inspections they do are very sub-standard, they did not even check the windows for cleaning and mould. Yet you are charged extra for each inspection they do and its a two second inspection where they are not really looking through the house properly. Stains left on carpets are not brought to your attention and they just see this as general wear and tear, even larger stains. I wouldn’t trust them to properly manage your home or asset. They are not worth the money you pay.

I am happy with the services offered by the Oxygen Property Management. My property consultant Karen Stevens has been extremely proactive and professional in addressing any issues I had/have with the property I am renting.

Since my first contact with Oxygen in Upper Hutt I have found them to be fair and understanding with any difficulties I might have had with renting a property through them. Regarding oxygen property management, I have been with them now for about 4 years and have found them to be very good at their job.I have never had any reason to complain, and anything that needs attention regarding the property is swiftly sorted. i would recommend Oxygen to any potential tenant without hesitation.

I have been property managed by Oxygen for about 4 years now, and I have always found them to be excellent people to deal with. My property manager, Julie, carries out her checks, regular as clockwork, just to ensure that I'm not running a P Lab, or trashing the property. And, at the same time, any problems I have had, i.e. stove element not working, or leaking tap, etc, have been dealt with very quickly and efficiently.If you are either a property owner, or a would be tenant, I would without any hesitation, highly recommend Oxygen!!Paul Armstrong

Oxygen has definitely made our tenting experience a delightful one thus far and Sandy Wallace is an amazing property manager! We are new to the region and her expertise and kind manner has made the move so easy for us. Sandy is an expert in her job, I knew that from the first time we met. We hope to stay with Oxygen for as long as we are renting in the region.
