Appalling customer service. I paid for an item that I was told was on backorder and would be in in 2 weeks. When I went in to collect item, they had no record of it in their system whatsoever. Lucky I kept my receipt as proof , as it was not a cheap purchase. There was very little attempt to remedy the situation, just very poor customer service who made me feel like it was my problem.

The online booking system is great. Really makes for a more streamlined shop with less waiting around. Easy to use and meant uniforms were ready and waiting for us to try on arrival. Friendly staff too!

Fantastic service - friendly, helpful & very knowledgeable. The online booking system is fantastic - we arrived for our booking & the uniform in sizes entered when booking were ready & waiting for us. Would definitely recommend using the booking system.

We booked a fitting online the week prior. Went in at booking time and everything was ready to go for us! In and out in less than 30 mins with friendly, helpful service!

If I could give no stars at all I would.Terrible customer service. Lack of communication between staff. Online system is clearly not fit for purpose. If I could buy my daughters uniform somewhere else I would.

Loved the booking system and great staff. It was very quick and easy to get our uniform needs sorted. Everything was organised when we arrived so we just had to try on sizes and then we were done.

Love the booking system. Made everything so much easier as the team were prepared for us with our uniform sizes ahead of time. Also a great way to be in and out in half an hour.
