Tried booking my appointment, but couldn’t through the booking website. I was coming into the country for a few weeks and don’t have a New Zealand phone number. Raphael made it super easy and did everything through Facebook Messenger setting me up for a haircut and beard trim combo. When I arrived for the appointment a bit early, Raphael was just finishing up the client before me. He was very welcoming and a great conversationist as we talked for almost all of the appointment. The haircut and beard combo was excellent and much better than I can find where I currently live. Would highly recommend. 5/5. Thanks again, Raphael.

Excellent and super relaxing experience with Bayan. He was very accommodating having not made a booking on a Sunday, had Jazz music playing and gave me an A+ haircut. Thanks Bayan, will be back!

Today I had the pleasure of having my hair cut by Rafaël, a very kind and highly professional person.Able to satisfy every request in the best way. I was struck by the welcome and cleanliness of the place, the professionalism and attention that the employees make available to customers.Even just a little attention like a warm towel can make you feel more comfortable on a cold day like this.In my view, the best barbershop in Auckland.As an Italian, attentive to one's appearance, I advise anyone who wants to have a welcoming and professional experience to come here and make themselves look good.Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was so lucky to find this place through a friend of mine. It was definitely a one of a kind experience. My hairdresser was patient and professional. I had a certain haircut that I wanted to do. At first she payed attention to my request then she came up with the better idea. I would love to give them 5 stars just for the service itself. But the place was nice and cozy either. It was full of those ring lights to design better hairstyles I think. I am looking forward to the next visit. (Sorry about the bad quality of the photos. It's because I screenshot these from a video I took.)
