I've had my e bike (moustache) for just on 4 years and just so nice to ride, so glad I had Len to deal with as I have a few skeletal disabilities and Len was able to fit the bike out to meet those needs. Thanks Len your a legend.

I just went and seen Len. He is an incredibly rude man and his wife is not much better. I was after two bikes one moustache speed 45 for myself and a moustache tandem for my partner and I. Len and his wife went completely crazy at me for not wearing a mask a chased me off their property. They never took the time to ask if I had a medical reason for not wearing a mask. I would of told them I get asthma attacks when I wear a mask. That is why I needed a bike to help with exercise. I will take my business elsewhere. Don't give your money to a mongel like Len!

Great place and people and service..

Purchased a Juiced bike from them, bike electrics stopped working. I asked if they could assess and advise, they refused to look at the bike stating that these bikes were no longer supported in NZ (which is correct). But it got weird. After initial email contact they refused any contact other than by phone, would not meet and demanded that the bike not be dropped off to them. Would not even confirm the business location (I pass it most days). After a learning process and months of hassle I got parts from the US of A manufacturer to fix the electrics. So, the problem was not impossible to fix. It appears their interest in the customer ceases once the sale has been made.

Excellent , Len is very knowledgeable on his products (electric bikes and electric motorbikes) and only stocks and sells quality bikes combined with being personable and thorough on his delivery of the bikes great experience
