Our kitchen benchtop is also swelling, this appears to be a result of a silicon sealant, gaps have appeared in multiple locations and now are swelling in wet locations where water often contacts.I’ve heard multiple descriptions ranging from we’ve cleaned it too much, cleaned too little, or damaged the seal(this one disappeared as a reason as multiple locations have been located). I’ve heard nothing but speculative reasoning as there’s been little engagement and no consistency in the description of how this issue has occurred.Granted Misco has completed the work on behalf of our builder - Whitehouse Builders, but as described to me Misco/Glenn don't want anything to do with it""

Just had my new kitchen designed and installed by the friendly team at Misco Joinery from Kaiapoi. Making changes to my plans was no issue at all and I ended up with just the finish and look I was going for. I have dealt with Misco at work and used them for upgrades at home too. I found them to be very professional, friendly to customers and their workmanship is of a very high standard.They have also completed additions to my home kitchen and made us fantastic laundry that is very functional. Misco has been great to deal with - I worked with kitchen designer Laura to get everything just right for my first build. I'm currently based in another city which can sometimes make the design and consultation process a bit tricky but Laura has been wonderful to work with and nothing has been too much trouble. I highly recommend!
