Hired ski gear and snow chains last minute, and they were very friendly and helpful. With only an hour before closing, they were very patient with us and answered any random questions we had [it was our first time heading up Mt hutt]. Excellent service and great hire prices

The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us when we miserably trundled in with a broken tent pole. They also took the time to show us how to repair the tent pole instead of just selling us replacements which we REALLY appreciated when a second pole broke when camping in the middle of nowhere. Bad customer service, the guy offered all the other customers help but just followed me around the store like i was going to steal something so i left and brought a new rod and reel combo from hunting and fishing who couldn't be more helpful.
