In a time where doing online shopping can be a bit or miss the team at Simple Hospitality really up there game and offered great service and post sale customer service.Cam was awesome to deal with from the very beginning. Helped me out with all my questions to find out the best product for me prior to my purchase. Very prompt with communication specially through the website chat service.Also Cam was extremely professional, considerate to handle all the services after sale. I made the wrong purchase but Cam was very kind enough to process a refund and arranged the item to be picked up from my house rather than making me pay extra for return or drop it off back to the base.It's rare to find this level of fantastic customer service these days. I am happy to pay even extra for an exceptional after sale service like that. Absolutely next level service from Cam and his team! The item I ordered and paid for wasn't in stock. They informed me of this super promptly and refunded straight away.Then, when the item came back in stock a few weeks later, they remembered me, emailed me asking if I'd still like it and sorted it all out within 24 hours, including a wee 'thank you discount'.The best, friendliest and most personal and thoughtful customer service I have ever experienced from an online retail company. I cannot recommend Simply Hospitality more highly and will certainly be making them my first stop for kitchen equipment in the future.
