Bought second hand bike from Trade Me. Rear tire deflating. Took in, tire checked…replaced tube, fixed kick stand and adjusted gears. Pumped front tire to recommended psi to ensure it is ok. Excellent service and price.

I had a very old mountain bike needing new tyres and tubes. Mike very helpfully fixed this the same day and found some great second hand tyres to keep costs down. Also fixed the front hub without additional charge! Very conscientious. I am now a loyal customer.

Looking at the shop from outside in, it looks like total chaos. Booked 2 electric assistance bikes 3 days in advance. Confirmed I would be back on the day at 1000 hours. Arrived on the day at 0945 hours. Notice on door saying back in 5 minutes." Came back at 1000 hours as agreed and the same notice in the door window. Came back again at 1030 hours and again still closed with the same notice in the window.Need I say anything more about the service."

Bike has been there since Christmas. Not fixed as they couldn't find the parts. Left out in the sun and rain so chain and nuts and bolts all rusted. Now in worse condition than when dropped off. Poor communication. Wouldn't recommend.

This was so much fun. Mike is very helpful and informative. We rode around the estuary and the scenery was lovely.

I just called to ask if they could help check if I’ve put my bike together properly and if they could help to build the rest of my bike. After I told him what brand my bike was, he said it was a barnyard bike and then hung up on me. I’ve tried calling back numerous times and they keep putting me straight through to the answering machine. I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND.Note: there’s numerous other bike shops on the coast, go and check them out. I came across a couple that were really, REALLY helpful.

I am not impressed at all. We rented 3 bikes and 2 electric scooters on Saturday. One of them had only half an hour of battery,. I had to push the scooter for a very long distance and slow everyone down. When told the young helper at the shop no explanations or refund were given. I wish I could write to the shop to put to them again the problem and the customer experience but there is no email address or mobile number available. I am not going back to that shop neither I recommend o anyone.

Left a bike for a brake adjustment, they told me in a week will be ready. I waited for 2 months for a text, call, anything, so I went to the workshop and he said it wasn't ready but asked my address to drop it off fixed the next day. Today has been almost a month since then and the bike wasn't fixed yet, but he asked for my address again, seriously?. The only thing I got was all the rust now has the chain and bolts. A complete waste of time

Excellent service and knowledgeable staff. Really reasonable repair costs. These guys actually care about your cycling needs. Initial impressions don't do this place justice. They just earnt a new loyal customer today.
