Grant was one of three providers we had quote for the laying of new flooring in our home. Quite simply, he blew the other two out of the water.The key points of difference for us were his exceptional responsiveness all the way through, he came with a mobile showroom (saving us from having to visit bricks and mortar premises), and a wealth of advice, knowledge, options and general interest in what we were trying to achieve. He concluded the quotation process/visit leaving us with absolutely no question that we would select his service over the other two (and all three quotations were very similar pricewise). Gary and his assistant who were contracted to lay the carpet were likewise excellent, communicative and efficient. All-in-all, a great experience and result - we're rapt!
