Best experience ever, I went in the store for an exchange because I had troubles with shoes I bought 2 weeks earlier. No problem for the exchange, they did it right away with my receipt and the team was absolutely delightful, kind and helpful. I highly recommand.

I scored a bargain! I have been looking for a pair of hiking boots for quite some time. In passing the store I shot in and in the clearance bin found a pair my size and $200 off.... Awesome.

This is my local AND preferred store. Always on point with customer service! It is always neat and tidy and always someone around to help. Changing rooms are always cleared of clothes and clean. Nice music playlist too!

When I come to new Zealand so see my sister I always head to a kathmandu store! I love the quality of their clothes and items,especially when it's their sales time. I have a few items that my lil sister gave me the last time I was here,9 years ago,which are still looking like new and going strong.I've tried to get clothing in the UK ,but they don't stock the same items ,not even on line. . Great store..Great items,great prices.

Friendly service but little disappointed with outcome recently. Put wrong footwear aside for me, and then didn't place back order when they said they would.

A very nice shopping experience. Very high quality outdoor products. Good loyalty rewards on purchases. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Also plenty of car parking.
