We first moved to Phoenix due to other company contractors failing to turn up or being very late.I have found Phoenix staff (tradesmen) to always be on time and would phone even if they were likely to be 30 minutes later than expected. They are polite and easy to talk to and ask questions about the job etc.I can also vouch for their quality workmanship.We have used carpenters, plumbers and electricians. The company has responded quickly when it has been necessary such as water leaks.I also like the fact that Phoenix is a one stop shop which covers electricians, plumbers, carpenters, painters and grounds maintenance.I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

The team securely wrapped a roll of leftover carpet for me, suitable for storage - after a job at my workplace they didn't even do. They did this following a phonecall I made querying if they could and said come in the following day, doing while I waited. On top of this excellent and quick service, as my employer is St John Ambulance they would not hear of charging us even though I repeatedly said I was happy to pay, how unbelievably kind. We had a burst water main, on a Saturday afternoon. Buy the time I had dug the hole, Cody had turned up to fix the leak. We ended up having to put in a new watermain at a later date, but both jobs were done very quick, and was very reasonably priced for an after hours call out! Very happy with the work done!

Update. It's two years since the team started doing work for us. Quality and efficiency still of the highest standards. It is so good to have the same friendly and loyal staff who we trust completely. Dale and his electrical team carried out the work quickly and always as our builder required. They used commons sense in the location and number of lights required in each area. All to a very high standard.Paul and his team all worked very hard going above and beyond to finish their part, once again to a very high standard of finish. Both teams had a very tight timeline to work within and all work was completed and within budget. Pricing was very good and workmanship to a very high standard.I have no hesitation in recommending the team from Phoenix Invercargill for any and all your requirements.Once againThank you team.

Had both plumbing and electrical work done and both times very efficient with arriving on time and doing the jobs they were there for and asking if anything else they could help with. Both rang before turning up to make sure someone was home and did both jobs in a fast and efficient manner. Highly recommend Phoenix Services for outstanding work and service.

They are always helpful and in this case even talked themselves out of business because it was more beneficial for me.Having used Phoenix in the past I can confirm they have done quality work and are pleasant and professional.

Mick (builder)did a fantastic job of replacing our faulty shower. His professionalism and standard of finish were second to none. We are extremely happy with the outcome we have achieved. Russell (plumber) was also very professional in checking the waste installation etc. before allowing us to use the shower. We cannot speak highly enough of the standard of service we got from Phoenix. This is why we always use them.

I am happy with all aspects of my experience with Phoenix. All staff I encountered were friendly and helpful, communication was great and the painters on site were a pleasure to have around.I am very happy with the finished joband would definitely recommend Phoenix Services.
