The clinic itself is lovely, however the massage and facial I had recently were definitely not as amazing as I would have expected for the price. Therapist didn’t communicate what she was doing or ask what pressure I liked, didn’t explain what she was using for the facial.

Me and my partner went for a massage and it was the most relaxing one I've ever had, after the massage, that lasted for about half and hour, we went to the restaurant for a meal, that was also great, even if hungry it was enough for the experience. Highly recommended!

Jiu was amazing in providing me my rejuvenating facial. It was extremely relaxing and I loved every bit of it. I had no idea that arms, hands and foot massage was included too! Would definitely recommend

Such an amazing service by the therapists at the spa. The couples deep tissue massage was incredible and we both enjoyed it immensely. Only reason for the four star review was the fact we couldn't book by phone as there was no answer! And then when we did book at the reception the booking clerk didn't actually ask what type of massage we would like but luckily thetherapists were very helpful and did their best to accommodate a change to our booking upon arrival. We will be back!

Had a wonderful treatment with Ameere here a few weeks ago. Lovely environment, professional service, friendly and considerate. Great massage! I have visited many spas and this was up there with the best. Highly recommend.

My partner and I had a massage and lunch package at this spa.We were firstly very impressed with the facilities and the staff - at both the spa and the restaurant. The massage was amazing and the lunch just as impressive.We did have an issue with a clerical misunderstanding about our booking - which not only made no difference to our treatment but the outcome showed just how serious this organisation is about customer service - which was exemplary!We don't comment often as we expect what we order, but we feel this is a rare occasion of above-and-beyond

Phoned to make a nails appointment for myself and asked if my daughter could get some polish too as she is very into this. Was told they don't do services on under 12s which is fine but was told to not bring her and recommended to get a babysitter which I found quite rude.

Came here for the treatment from GrabOne voucher Womens Day Out. 30 mins Facial and Lunch package. Overall experience was divine. All the staff are friendly, my therapist did wonderful job with facial as well as decolletage massage and she also massages both of my hands. I felt in cloud nine. They are using top quality product Pure Fiji, which has beautiful scent. Very clean facilities. Free use of swimming pool also. Too bad I didn't bring my swimwear. For lunch I had Chilli Lamb Salad (sooooo good!) with a side fries and to drink I had Rose wine from Ake Ake winery in Kerikeri, highly recommended! Amazing 5 star experience. Thanks!
