Mangatera Dog Park
Great stop if doing a trip between Wellington and the Bay. Some areas don't appear to be fully fenced but a well controlled dog will love it!

Mangatera Dog Park
Beautiful park in amongst loads of beautiful trees, where you can let your dog run free (but under control, of course). Loads of different paths to take, explore (we let the kids say which directions to go) and even make your way to a small river. Some paths lead to the cemetery too. The edge of the park follows along SH2 but is fully fenced.

Wonderful and large park. Beware that if you follow the walkway down to the bottom and back across that there is no fence to side road.

Very pretty dog park,so many established trees, perfect to let your pooch cool down & exercise if traveling.Path appears to be shared with cyclists? (Refer last pic)

Fully fenced, well laid bush walks, plenty of obstacles,trees and bush to keep our dog busy. Good car parking also.

This dog park is absolutely beautiful. It's actually a bush walk. The perfect spot to break the drive from Napier to Wellington.

Mangatera Dog Park
This is an amazing place with miles of tracks for walking the dogs through a variety of environments: native bush, swamp, and shady forest.

Mangatera Dog Park
Lovely little dog exercise park. Obstacle course apparatus and lots of trees to keep dogs stimulated. Fencing and gate was secure to keep dogs safe from the busy road.
