Mastercraft Kitchens - by Whangamata Woodworks

We were renovating our bach and when it came time to build the kitchen, Whangamata Woodworks was recommended to us by our builder. From the initial inquiry through to the customer service after installation, we cannot recommend them highly enough! Rose responded to our initial email very promptly to ascertain our needs and ideas. Designs and quotes came back fairly quickly. We had some ideas from our architect but Rose also did not hesitate to make suggestions as to what might work best in our setting, given her expertise. The designs and options presented to us were all within our budget. They were also able to offer kitchen appliances at very reasonable prices through trade partners, including delivery of these. They liaised with our builder for the timely build and installation of our kitchen. Considering we lived out of town, the entire kitchen project went without a hitch and not a single headache. The kitchen is very practical and functional given the space we had for our busy family with three young children, down to the small details like the hand towel rails and other additional aesthetic touches that we did not even ask for (but Rose was able to anticipate our needs). The materials were of great quality. There was a minor problem with a door hinge and they sorted it with no hassles at all. If you are thinking of installing a new kitchen, go with Whangamata Woodworks!

And Nikita who we have been dealing with, has been very professional, but at the same time makes you feel like she is working to give you the best experience. Her expertise has been a great help to us making decisions and the programme they use is fantastic to give you as close to a real picture as to what the final plan will look like.
