Hi. Ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and fries, and the chicken nuggets came in disgusting packaging with random red stains that are fully dry. Fries came half full. Full stop wack.

For a 5 star review, provide a 5 star service. Expect weekend crowds and prepare better. Access to a clean toilet should be a given, sadly it wasn't. Enjoyed my burger though!

I can see why I'm not a Macdonalds fan.I had a meeting to attend near here, so I popped in for a coffee and something to eat as a few years back it used to be a buzzing place.They used to have muffins and other assortments of food and descent coffee in real cups, but it's all gone, and now a big empty space.The ordering system is confusing, putting what you order in a machine and paying..... Well, it wouldn't accept my card, so I went up to the counter only to be told in a very blunt manner that I should use the machine.I tried to explain, but it fell on deaf ears.Young people have no manners or respect these days.Eventually, I got my burger, which consisted of a soggy bun with the tiniest bit" (for want of a better word in it) of bacon and other fillings.Not at all tasty and hardly a snack

I got a nyc bagel combo for take out and when I got home I discovered there was no egg in my bagel. So I had a bagel with just bacon and cheese. The hash brown was undercooked despite me hearing the person cooking them complaining how no one else does them properly. The coffee was great but I don’t think paying 12.30 for sub par and incomplete food is acceptable.

Seared chicken wrap, Big Mac, large fries, medium fudge sundae, came to $28! Wrap was good, Luke warm though. The Big Mac contained meat, cheese, sauce and two slices of gherkin. Did not look like the photos. I asked the young man to put more fries in before I left because they were half full. 6:45pm rainy Friday, not very busy. Staff very nice & order ready quickly.

We go to this McDonald's the most as it's food is always good, excellent service and big. We never feel to crowded at it, great for big families.Good sized carpark and the mall is only across the road.

I always come here high at like 2 in the morning the staff are really friendly. the two cheese burgers for six bucks on the app is bussin. But so many police officers makes me scared they gonna smell the green!

Very busy over the weekends either be it drive thru or dine in, u will c youths hanging around here on weekends well u have security guards patrolling here tooo, toilets gets messy on weekends tooooo

We drive past multiple McDonald's to go to Merivale. We do it because always good service, never mistakes on order and offer more (late), than other stores... By far the best in Chch. Others should learn from merivale.
