I do not recommend this valuer at all - not only are they more expensive than most other valuers, but they also gave us a really low value on our property, which was almost $100,000 less than 3 real estate agents provided in their free market appraisals, and compared our 3 bedroom property to mostly 2 bedroom properties. They also valued our property lower than 2 bedroom properties when our property has been fully renovated, and they did not sufficiently respond to my email either. I am not happy with the service that they provided us at all, especially given the high price that we paid for this valuation report.
