I rang Paul to enquire about whether I needed a repair, and he gave me all the advice I needed to fix the issue myself, without even asking for payment. Such a lovely, honest approach and much appreciated! So many others would just take the job and charge. Fantastic! I will definitely return when repairs are needed.

My sewing machine and overlocker were serviced by Paul 4 years ago so I have just been back for another service. Not only is the servicing so professionally done he is so patient with answering questions and demonstrating anything you need to know about your particular machine. It's so nice to drop it into the person who will be servicing it knowing it will be looked after. It takes me an it hour to get there but it's worth it. I couldn't recommend Paul enough. Don't give up the servicing anytime soon Paul!!

Been wanting to leave a review for a long time, but kept forgetting. have been to Paul a couple of times, and he has always been very helpful! I ended up buying a secondhand bernina machine from him and I have not regretted it ever since, as I've been sewing so much more on it than my first machine I bought at a retail store! Thank you for your honest opinions and advice regarding the machines!

I had a problem with the bobbin tension of my Elna eXcellence Pro which meant that whatever I did the seams puckered, very slightly, but enough to affect sizes in quilt piecing. There is no instruction for bobbin tension in the Manual. Paul spent 20 minutes on the phone with me, confirmed that my assessment was correct and told me how to make the necessary adjustment. All good now. Very impressed with his generosity and patience. Thank you Paul.

Paul is amazing. Within half an hour he had serviced my two elderly Pfaff machines and they are now running better than ever. Paul also showed me what he was doing and explained what had happened. He is absolutely professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing sewing machine help.

I received the service only an owner operator business can provide. My mother's very old sewing machine wasn't working, and Paul offered to take a look at it and let me know if it was worth repairing, as they don't make them anymore! He not only took a look, he fixed the problem on the spot and didn't even charge for his expertise! Now that's what I call amazing service. I knew exactly where to go when I need good old fashioned" service or to update to something more modern for mum! Maybe even for me! Thanks Paul!"

Paul is so helpful. I bought my Bernina 801 from him second hand about 6 years ago, and I had to phone him with a question today (as I moved cities) and he helped me over the phone - really appreciated it! Highly recommend if you are looking to buy a solid second hand machine or if you need a service/ repair.
