Chris at Godfreys Lower Hutt was a customer service super star. Our new Tineco cordless vacuum was experiencing an issue with its suction, so we popped into the Lower Hutt store for some help. Chris was able to quickly identify the problem and get it sorted for us. He also advised us if there was still an issue, to return to the store and they'll conduct further investigations. It was so lovely to come into a store and talk with someone that knows their products and is able to helps us. Thanks!

Was there yesterday in the afternoon. The older gentleman we dealt with was lovely. However, the rest was unprofessional customer service. Two other staff that were there were mimicking and holding in their laugh soon as we walked in. Caught one starring and making face few times. Please train your workers to understand just because my parent don’t speak good English doesn’t mean they’re oblivious to your unprofessional manners and lack of respect. It’s disheartening to see the way they just order the other guy around to do all the work.

Today l visited Matt and his staff at Godfrey’s Lower Hutt to sort a few hiccups with one of their machines we had purchased .The service from all the staff was full of smiles, excellent advice, nothing was a bother, problems resolved together with a bit of training going forward and even a manual printed out for me.I have been a frequent shopper at Godfrey’s for about 15 years , purchasing equipment for my place of work and home needs and can say with hand on heart that the reception, service and advice has never wavered.I frequently advise friends and colleagues with no hesitation to shop at Godfrey’s.To Matt and his staff a big thank you for your excellent service . You no doubt will see me again soon

I'm not one to leave reviews normally but I was so impressed with the service i received from the Lower Hutt store and appreciated there proactive approach in resolving my issue. They communicated with me exceptionally well at every stage. Their after sales support is fantastic and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. 10 out of 10 :)

Went in needing a quality vacuum after the warehouse machine couldn't do the job. Chris helped me find the Hoover Allergy vacuum and its the best vacuum I have ever used. No more and and cat hairs and the carpet felt brand new! Thanks again for the help!
