Otahuhu staff are friendly and helpful staff. Customer service is awesome. Fair to everyone along as goods pawned are picked up they will never decline. The young pacific full time staff is awesome at her job along with the young man ( i think is part island and asian) on weekends is awesome customer service.

ma an enquiry vi phone on friday4/4 2023 a lady answered wheree i wanted to speak to th manager but she said he was busy then se asked me to spell my name i asked as to why very strange she should have asked my contact details very soon she may ask for whole families name not happy
