This particular branch has the worst customer service I think I've ever experienced. Absolutely no interest in helping customers, rude, disinterested and dishonest. Absolute appalling, thankfully HOT headoffice sorted it for me - which BTW I had to find myself as this store refused to give me their contact!! Once I did I then discovered this branch lie to both their customers and their head office. BEWARE!

My mother got flights to the Netherlands through House of Travel Tauranga thinking that using a Travel Agent would make things easier than booking it herself online, only after she purchased the flights she found she had to get a Visa in LA and check out, get her luggage and check back in. They did not tell her this when they sold her the trip. So after her 12 hour first flight she spent 2 hours waiting in line to get out of customs and then an hour to check back in, thankfully she made her next flight. Not nice when you have just spent 12 hours in a plane and your not a young person anymore. Not impressed.

Went there to get my travelex money. Didn't know where to go and had to rely on google but arrived OK with the app. Very quiet and just two people out front not the persona of a dynamic travel agency anyway just there to get money not arrange travel

I found myself standing alone at the front desk, desperately trying to seek assistance. The lack of staff presence and the complete disregard for visitors during my two visits were highly disappointing.
