We couldn't be happier with the service, communication and resulting wooden garden shed we have had installed by EcoSheds.They gave excellent, friendly advice in the planning stages of our shed both on the phone and via email. They were patient and flexible as we made our decisions.They gave accurate information about their construction timeline and kept us in the loop as that progressed.When the shed was ready they came out and installed it in less than a day.The site that we presented didn't turn out to be as ideal for their installation team as they were expecting as it wasn't level (our fault, not theirs). Without complaint the team went into problem solving mode and found an effective way to securely install the shed despite this unforeseen challenge.We love the shed. It looks great and is solid and sturdy.We're very happy customers.Thanks!!

Great experience with EcoSheds, 5x 2 shed with additional doors and windows, assembled onsite. Assembly done three weeks after order as per their timeframes.

We had a bad experience from the time of delivery to the completion of the building in November. Firstly we only had a small portion delivered and they had to track down where the rest of the kitset was. We then noticed the materials are substandard we have had a builder come and check out the completed building and he has also mentioned about the quality of the wood being in poor condition. We paid a kitset assembly firm to build it for us and they felt there was some issues with materials and that there wasn't enough instructions provided. I did call EcoSheds office to pass that onto them but the guy I spoke to was somewhat unprofessional with a rude manner and then proceeded to verbally insult the assembly guy to me for what he said about there not being enough instructions. We have large gaps along the top of the walls so you can see outside, there is warped wood full of knots, and the wood is in very rough condition in many places. We have to pay a builder to come and fix all the issues. I sent photos to EcoSheds and I was told pretty much it looked okay and then they gave us a couple of instructions how to fix the issues and these made no sense. But our builder has told us there is a lot of issues to be fixed. I am so disappointed especially waiting for over a year because of Covid lock down. Unfortunately I wont be recommending EcoSheds to anyone and my husband and I will not shop with them again in the future. Your reply below is very incorrect. I never said our installer was not good at his job. He was right next to me when I called you and it was you that made inappropriate remarks about him not being able to follow the instructions, i then passed him the phone and you spoke to him. The kitset we received was made with substandard material sorry but true. The quality is not good full of knots and rough like it's been sanded with rough sand paper or its the way its come out of the machine and left rough. We also had split wood and warped wood. We have had two professional builders take a look and have pointed out so many issue's. We can only review our kitset and as you say you have had many happy customers, but that doesn't mean my review is not important! We want to let people know our experience. You are welcome to call me to talk about our issues but something tells me you won't bother. By the way you guys recommended the Kitset Assembly team to us. They were professional and they did a great job with the material they had to work with. I could send photos but this feedback was not meant to be a full on attack. I just wanted to express our experience.

Although I was told by a builder friend that the cost was very reasonable and I must say that the company were helpful with my construction questions, unfortunately, even though I followed the instructions to the letter, soon after construction there was a period of driving rain, and the shed was found to leak in many places. My builder managed to track down the source of these and found water entering between some wall panels, which even when covered with the narrow battens provided were not watertight. There were also dozens of knots in the wall panels where the centre of the knot itself had come out leaving small holes allowing water to enter and run down inside of the panel and seep into the flooring and timber framing. I have kept photographs of all the leaking areas. I have checked other reviews and see there are no other reports of leaking so perhaps I was unfortunate in getting an unusually bad one. Also, I ordered this shed just before lockdown 2021 and so it wasn’t able to be delivered for many months so I wonder if it had been sitting in a hot warehouse which may have possibly warped/damaged the wood? I contacted the company who were helpful with advice at first but when the recommended advice didn't fix the issue, I was sent a curt email reply basically saying it was in my hands now. I have managed to fix the leaks now with the help of my builder and my own work and it is still a good shed (now) but I wouldn't buy one again.

I had bought a shed from these guys before and assembled it myself. Very happy with the quality.This time I needed a bigger shed (5m x 3m) for a new house so bought complete with assembly on site. Communication, planning, delivery and assembly on site was just fantastic. Not a hiccup anywhere and the team were positive and friendly throughout. The builders even decided to carry the components the length of the house rather than cut up the lawn by driving their truck to the other end of the section.Good quality and great customer service.

Great team to work with, Easy process to follow and always available for a phone call. A 2 man job but easy enough to follow the instructions.

Shed is great but terrible service and very poor communication. Took 3 weeks to get a first response to my shed enquiry. Insisted on a shed install date when I was present, got it but then I had to phone day before install and find out it's not happening as booked. Next planned date was when I was heading away so very poor on their part. On the day of install, I was available until 8.30am, then available on the phone until 10.45am. We had landscapes on site the entire time. The guys installing were really great, but on returning at end of install found they had used awful packing blocks another 6cm off ground. There were landscaping guys and numerous tools that they could have used to level out the 1cm at one end but they didn't communicate this to anyone. Instead opting for packing blocks that didnt match, were really obvious and really made the shed look ugly. I also found a vertical board nailed in that wasnt even attached at correct height and hung lower at bottom than all other vertical planks. I contacted Eco Sheds and spoke to the owner who said the vertical board could just be knocked up and would then be in line, but it was nailed in. No offer to fix it. I also asked why we hadn't been notified about the packing blocks. We were fobbed off saying they were simply there to install shed, and that's it. The simple phone call or comment to landscapers would have got the tiny hump leveled in 5 mins. Communucation and professionalism is shocking. No good will or help in rectifying the situation. They said the ground was compacted metal, it was never compacted. Now we have a mammoth shed with the smallest unlevel ground and ridiculous packing blocks. We have had to now fork out more money to get a skirt board around the base of shed, holding up rest of landscaping. I also note after shed is installed an email is received saying dont paint or stain shed in dark colours. The website however us very contradictory showing loads of images of sheds in dark paint and the FAQs says you can paint or stain shed - no mention of dont use dark colours.Overall very very disappointed and I wouldn't recommend to anyone. This company have no interest in the customer being happy, being honest or giving good service.
