Ordered a bed frame from a different company and specified a delivery for next week. The bed frame company screwed the order and made it next day delivery.I called InaRush with 7 minutes to spare on the estimated delivery time and spoke to Vince. He was extremely understanding and fantastic to talk to, resolved the situation asap.Thank you very much! Legend!

I'm based in the UK and had to arrange a courier very last minute to pick up important documents from an office 1.5hrs outside Auckland and have them delivered to Auckland.I spoke to Eddie at 7pm and within the hour he had a driver confirmed for me the following morning when other companies had not been able to help. The driver was on time, the package picked up and delivered without a glitch.I can not recommend InaRush enough, very professional, helpful, and kept me updated on the progress all the way. 5 star plus service.

Amazing. We bought our mattress from Winkl at 13.30, we had it delivered in 7 hours! Highly recommend as we had regular updates so we knew exactly when they were arriving. Finally a decent courier service.

Neil arrived with my new mattress this morning and greeted me with a big smile. He kindly brought it into the living room for me too! He was warm, friendly and we had a chuckle about who had the better name before he went on his way. Neil comes from an old Irish word for champion which sums him up perfectly and InaRush are very lucky to have him!

Outstanding service from Neil when he dropped off our Ecosa mattress!My shoulders and back aren't doing well so he helped my partner lift up the queen mattress upstairs - a massive thank from us.Your company is lucky to have such an employee who is so personable, kind, and got a good sense of humour.
