Truly impressed with Orews Lige Pharmacy. This is the only pharmacy i have ever used lver mam y many years who have attached info to my medications regarding updates and advice snd recommendations. Awesome communication.

Very impressed with the service I had recently buying Estée Lauder makeup. Staff member very helpful & knowledgeable regarding the eye cream I needed. The pharmacists are always lovely when I get my vaccinations too. Thank you

The staff are friendly and helpful. I like that they have lovely mature ladies in the cosmetic counters who go out of their way to assist and builds rapport with customers. The parking is good too. Aside from waiting time to be served initially, understandable as they are always busy, this is a good place to shop.

I just love the lovely ladies at Orewa Life Pharmacy - always approachable, happy and eager to help. Plus the shop has an impressive range of items and products that go beyond the usual pharmaceutical stock. The Orewa Life Pharmacy is the best Life Pharmacy in my opinion and one of my favourite stores overall

Staff always very helpful and smiling through all the stresses they face due to short supplies on scripts and staff shortages. They must feel very stressed at times, but always willing to do their best for us customers, that's why I'm loyal to my local Life Pharmacy.

As requested I rang cosmetics to secure the Estee Lauder gift with purchase and the assistant asked me if I knew what I wanted - yes - and then proceeded to collect the items together with a few other cosmetics I needed, worked out the cost and did a debit card transaction and then said she would deliver it on her way home. Amazing service, lovely and caring assistant, couldn’t be happier with the service.

I previously gave 4 stars, but recent experiences with prescriptions and changing my details have led me to be disappointed with the service. The same female staff member has let me down twice, I haven't taken note of her name unfortunately. The first occasion was when I had an early doctor's appointment and went to uplift my prescription and was told 'Sorry we're having a meeting can you come back later'. Why open if you aren't going to be available to customers?The second instance was when I came in and wanted to uplift my prescription AND change my details (as I've moved out of home and now have completely different contact and address details, which means I didn't receive any notification to say the prescription was ready. I was told That's not important" and was handed my prescription. She even read out my old address and I said it was wrong

Staff are amazing. Very helpful and friendly. Prescriptions are accurately prescribed and are often explained. Very professional.Unbelievable how busy you are. Queues of people seeking help and not a fractious sound at all. Staff away sick but still the focus doesn’t stop.Congratulations!
