Wucha

I don't think I've ever ordered a beverage from Wucha before and this particular branch had staff in training and perhaps were a little short staffed because it took a little while for my order to be ready. Trainee staff member was doing fine. Once I figured out what I wanted (the menu is quite extensive) I ordered the mango sparkling yoghurt tea. I enjoyed the sparkling aspect and the mango flavour was good too. Couldn't really detect much of the yoghurt flavour but it was my first time so not sure if this is normal. I'd order it again as I basically love anything with mango. I was hoping it was made with fresh mango but this wasn't the case and it also isn't possible to adjust the sugar level for this type of beverage. Other than this, great location and I'm sure you'll be able to find something to your liking on the menu.

Waited 20 minutes to receive a drink only to find out that the drink has already been made, the buzzer did not go off at all and only received the drink when going up to check the status of the drink. Was told by staff to shake the drink before consuming it, did so and it was only then when I noticed that the color of the bubble tea was off and it also tasted off. Opened the lid to find out that the cream was separating at the time. Came back and asked about it and the staff member was quick to tell me that it was just fresh cream and that I simply just had to mix it well. They didn't want to know or even ask if it tasted off or what else was wrong with it. Not impressed with how I was not notified that the drink was ready and with the quality of the drink.

The worst bubble tea I ever had in NZ, taste like milk with water, no tea favour, pearl not chewy at all. I bought two but abandon them. Won’t come back anymore

Their milk tea was nice. Service was fast. Staff was a bit rushed at the end of the day. Recommend to try their tiramisu latte.

I am very picky with my boba but Wucha Sylvia always comes through with the best quality ingredients and taste that never fails to impress. Service is very quick and good customer service every time. The menu is very unique and different to other standard boba shops. 5 stars :)

Back to this branch and tried another milk tea. Staff services and drinks have much improvement this time :) Just one suggestion for now, would be to add hot drinks paper cups, so your hot drinks don't use plastic cups and the milk tea can be much warmer. Would be better in winter times. At the moment, the hot drinks are just like tea without ice...

One cup of bubble tea is above 10 dollars is a bit sad.. but delicious!

Their pearls are freshly made on this day that we ordered. The wait quite a bit, around 10 minutes considering that it wasn't a busy morning and it was just us who's on queue. Staff needs to be more friendly, ---(wear a smile) and fast. Nonetheless, still better than gongcha when it comes to personal preference.

One of the shops in the new food court on level one on the warehouse side of the building. They have a range of different drinks and food. I tried the mango coconut and enjoyed that. Nice coconutty drink with bits of mango and jelly.
