I'm not sure what has happened with this company but the service is absolutely terrible right now. I'm trying to cancel an annual service with the business account I have with them and can't get someone to even reply to my numerous emails and phone messages over several weeks. Big waste of time and energy. If you are looking for tech support for your business I would recommend looking elsewhere.

I had the best experience with this team today. Tom and Richard went above and beyond to assist with the repair of my MacBook. They empathized with me in a time of great stress as I work from my laptop and it is my complete lifeline. Don’t waste your time taking your Apple products anywhere else. They are knowledgeable, have exceptional customer service and went above and beyond helping me sort my issue. Thank you Tom and Richard. I would have given you 6 stars if I could.
