What an incredible experience with Donna, so warm and welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. She immediately knew what style I wanted and the first dress I tried I fell in love with she absolutely nailed it! I cannot recommend Donna highly enough. I was very stressed about finding the perfect dress given a short time frame and being plus sized.From the minute I first messaged Donna she was nothing but helpful!When we arrived in store for my first consultation, we were greeted at the door and shown upstairs to the airconditioned salon to try on dresses. Donna just has a way of making you feel relaxed and like anything is possible. She was amazing at listening to what I did or didn't like and managed to find my dream dress on the first visit!

Absolutely stunning service - put my anxiety at ease around being plus sized and finding dresses. So kind and helpful, really makes you and your guests feel special and makes the trying on process so fun! Doesn’t hurt that she has gorgeous dresses!

Shopping for your dress at Donna Rae’s is such a special experience . Her studio is glamorous and spacious and she has a huge selection of exquisite gowns to choose from. Both Donna and Courtney were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even when I couldn’t make my mind up, I never felt pressured. I definitely felt like I was in good hands. I highly highly recommend!

Amazing experience @ Brides By Donna Rae. Love their process of how they choose dresses for you to try on during your appointment (considering she has floors and floors of dresses on hand!!) Definitely something to suit everyone! Donna really listened to what I was after & it was actually her gorgeous wee daughter who picked out the perfect dress for me! (It had only arrived in store the day before my appointment - meant to be!!) Donna is so bubbly and welcoming - you will definitely feel comfortable here. Well worth travelling to Invercargill no matter where you live!! DO IT! I can't wait to wear my dress!

I went in kinda blind sided didn't know what I was looking for ,I mentioned a couple of things and said what my theme was etc had no clue next thing these beautiful laddies had the dresses for me to try on , and I walked out after my appointment on cloud 9 I said yes to dress! It's a stunning dress and the comments I received back from these wonderful ladies just made me feel so special I would recommend 100% warm ,welcoming I can't wait to go back for my next appointment! I was very nervous and self conscious for my bridal appointment. I was terrified there would be nothing my size being a plus size woman. Donna and Courtney so kind and supportive, they got me into 5 dresses and with each one I couldn’t believe how beautiful I looked and felt. I felt their feedback was genuine when they pointed parts of dress styles that worked or didn’t with my body shape (I was originally set on sleeves and ended up with only straps!). They are so knowledgeable and, I can’t stress enough, positive! Never once during the appointment did I feel awkward or insecure. I left with my beautiful dress and a huge smile, feeling light and excited to wear this dress on my wedding day. All the worries I had about the appointment and concerns they would treat me like previous sales woman had in the clothing industry, were whisked away and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Donna Ray Bridal!! ❤️
