I have no issues with the range or stock levels, but I have had one too many bad experiences with staff attitude. One experiences everything from snapping replies to being served with not a word being said despite saying hello etc. Certain staff are too busy gossiping with workmates to take time to treat customers appropriately. Today was the last straw and I shall record future interactions to post publicly, people do not go to Bunnings to be ignored or spoken to like a peasant. I shall also forward this complaint to Corp Office with the evidence.Edit: i do wonder if these reviews are doing any good, I see well over a dozen complaints about staff attitude here in the last 18 months, and yet the staff are getting worse.

There’s always one staff member I DREAD being serviced by, she’s middle aged to old with purple hair and glasses. She is absolutely RUDE every time I come in the store she has an attitude that’s just so off putting. Today I came to the store to collect my online order, I said I had the email with proof of purchase and she said I need my license to collect it I’ve never once needed to show my license in store to collect my order. That was so ridiculous. This is why I hate going into stores cause of staffs attitudes next time I’ll get her name and post it. On another note I went to the paint section for assistance and a different lovely lady helped me out with a SMILE on her face. I’ll get her name too THANK YOU for being a decent person some people don’t know what that means.
