EXTREMELY incompetent staff. Jacinta and Alesha are totally rude. They think they can railroad their way to recovering debt that is - as a matter of fact - disputed. Don’t succumb to their disgraceful tactics. Stand up for what you believe is right. We use EC Credit Control for our business and they are absolutely fantastic. Stay clear of these cowboys and use a reputable company.

Have been calling me up and texting me for some random persons debt. I even don't know these guys and just got a new SIM and number here in New Zealand. I got hella scared. Gage Daniel" whoever and wherever you are please get back to these guys.."

I have not used my car since covid times early 2020 and been in the garage ever since until now. 2023 now and getting dept for motor vehicle registration and licensing?dept number: 800928

I rung up to ask for clarity on a situation that involved acquiring debt over a car I had sold 2 years ago (new owners never switched ownership) and spoke with some lady named Sheree who was extremely rude and impatient when all I did was speak with respect. Disgusting staff at Debtworks!

After my last review Debtworks reported me to the police...they were concerned for my welfare. This caused me a little trouble as the police visited my house and workplace and called me twice during work hours..it turns out debtworks had clearly omitted the fact my review was satirical. Once the police were made aware of the content of my review they laughed and informed me this was all a waste of time.Very sad that debtworks is using up police resources over petty grievances and misleading police over a clearly satirical review.Should I expect anything else from such a poorly reviewed company?All this over a $90 debt NZTA sold to debtworks??Edit-They informed police I had made concerning comments...the police were not aware the review was the 'concerning' comments'

You miss one payment and they are on your case, they send ONE email and then state in that email they've made numerous attempts to make contact which is a load of rubbish one email is not numerous attempts. Debtworks are pathetic.....

If I could rate you people lower I would. Harassing us for debt for some other random human somewhere. Then can't even explain why you are chasing us for someone else's debt. I'll be reporting this company over this issue. You people need to learn how to conduct yourselves in a legal manner

They keep ring my phone pass week now as I already make a weekly payment from them they keep calling sending me so many texts and email so annoying as this company keep calling me only thing I can say is same thing pass week with them sometimes they call me really late aswel

I had a terrible experience with them. They are very rude and unprofessional staff, even after having proved to them that my ID was stolen, they continued to pursue a disputed matter.
